Topic and final piece evaluation

Overall, I believe that this project worked very well, for the fact that I showed the intentions for my project very well, through my sketchbooks, the research that I made, and everything that has been written on my blog, and then my final pieces, which I believe relate very well and very closely to my project. A lot of things have changed throughout the whole of this project, I have had several ideas for final pieces, often changing in mediums and how realistic or abstract they are. All the ideas related very closely to my initial ideas and concept, but have changed in many ways, such as  appearance, the mediums, and the ways of presenting it. When coming up with the ideas that I first had, I wanted to do something very realistic appearing, such as a landscape, trying to capture colours and scenery. I chose to try and show emotion and meaning through a large and colourful sunset, creating a bright and positive mood, to represent my idea and opinion on escapism. This was always a...

Editing My Final Pieces

This is what the image will start of looking like. I used powerpoint to edit all of my final pieces, and will now show how I created the final outcome. Begin by duplicating the image, and layering it exactly over the top of itself.Then, press the small arrow next to crop, and select the circle shaped crop. Then, select the area that you want to use, insuring that it is shaped as a perfect circle. Next, press enter and click over the area that the circle shape was. Insuring that it doesn't shift to the sides, rotate the circle exactly 180 degrees. Repeat the steps of duplicating, cropping and rotating, as many times as you want. The final outcome should appear something like this: This is all that the final piece involves via online editing. So, i printed off this image onto normal paper. I would then stick tape over certain areas, and rip it off, removing the ink, and leaving a thing white strip. I wrote into these...
